Things to come include, but are not limited to; rank structure and requirements for advancement, educate for attending meetings (including the format the meetings will be held in), And anything else that Kheena can throw at us. As she learns what she needs to know, things will change, so this will become a very important thread for you all to read. All we need to do is adjust and fire. It's simple in it's complexity.
